SERVICESWhether you’re questioning who you are, struggling in relationships or feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer a space to explore what’s happening with curiosity and compassion.
Together we’ll work to understand what’s going on and make sense of your experience to help create meaningful change.

I work with adults and young adults who are:
Exploring their identity or sense of self
Navigating relationships, life transitions, or difficult experiences
Living with anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck
Curious about how their experiences have shaped who they are and how they move through the world
I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ people and am comfortable working with complex, deeply personal experiences.

You are the expert of your own experience. I see you as a whole person, shaped by your lived experiences, and I deeply value your innate wisdom. I take a collaborative approach to counselling, where we work together to explore what’s coming up for you at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I draw from holistic approaches including attachment-based, emotion-focused, values-based, and trauma-informed frameworks.
